What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Our commitment to maintaining a healthy kennel requires that all dogs and cats boarding at our facilities be vaccinated for the following:
- All dogs must be vaccinated for Rabies, Canine Distemper and Parvovirus. Bordetella (kennel cough) and Canine Influenza vaccinations are not required but are recommended.
- All cats must be vaccinated for feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia (FVRCP) and rabies.
What is the minimum age for boarding a dog or cat?
he minimum age for boarding a dog or cat is six (6) months.
What personal belongings may I bring for my dog and/or cat?
We recommend that you leave your pets beds at home and bring an old blanket if necessary as they are easier to launder. We will wash bedding if it gets soiled. You may bring along any toys or treats your pet is accustomed to at home.
Should I bring my own food? How many times a day will my dog eat?
Dogs are typically fed twice daily. We supply most brands of dog and cat food. You may bring food of your choice with includes dry, canned, frozen or refrigerated food items.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, medications are administered as directed by your veterinarian. There is no extra fee for administering medications. If your pet requires medical care other than administering pills, please contact us prior to boarding so we can discuss the appropriate level of care your pet requires.
Can I board all of my pets together?
Yes! We are equipped to board multiple pets together from the same family (dogs and cats will not board together). Please remember to mention if your pets need to be separated for feeding.
How often is my pet exercised?
At a minimum, your dog is exercised twice daily. Our outdoor exercise runs are covered to protect your dog from wind, rain, snow and overexposure to the sun. Cats have two (2) perches in their pens and exercise at will.
